Point
◎入院中に発症した下痢便，特に抗菌薬使用歴あり・もしくは使用中の患者では，Clostridioides difficileに関連した検査を提出する．
◎日常から下痢便は排便回数だけでなく，Bristol Stool Scaleによる便の性状の評価も併せて行う．
◎Clostridium perfringensは毒素を産生し，食中毒を起こす一方で，ガス壊疽などの重篤な病態を起こすことがある．
