Point
◎腹痛・下痢・嘔吐を訴える症例では，感染性腸炎と診断する前に他の救急疾患の可能性を考える．
◎軽症で背景疾患もなければ，細菌性腸炎であっても血液・糞便検査や抗菌薬投与は必須でない．
◎発熱や粘血便を伴う症例では，ロペラミドの使用を避ける．
