Point
◎感染性心内膜炎は稀な疾患ではなく，週単位で持続する発熱があれば常に鑑別に考える．
◎心血管系感染症を疑ったら，血液培養3セット採取し，心臓超音波検査を行う．
◎黄色ブドウ球菌による心血管系感染症では，深部膿瘍，敗血症性塞栓，人工物感染の合併を考える．
