ポイント
・COPDの咳嗽・喀痰に対しては，まずCOPDの治療強化とICSの適応について検討する．
・COPDに対するICSの適応は，喘息合併例，末梢血好酸球数＞300/μLの場合，増悪を繰り返す症例である．
・それでも改善が得られない場合は，COPDに合併しやすい併存疾患の検索を行う．
