文献概要

症例　35歳女性．20歳時と30歳時にそれぞれ動悸を伴う意識消失発作の既往があるが，医療機関を受診し問題ないと言われていた．自動車運転中に動悸が出現し，自損事故を起こし，救急搬送となった．搬入時の心電図を以下に示す．
