症例　56歳男性．高血圧で通院中．動悸と胸部不快感が続くため臨時受診したところ，以下の12誘導心電図であった．血圧145/80mmHg，脈拍数138回/分，不整．意識清明．SpO₂98％．喫煙：20本/日，アルコール摂取：ビール700mL/日．
