文献概要

　『急性腹症ガイドライン』が2015年に出版されたが，急性腹症は複数疾患を含む概念であり，悪性腫瘍と比べると体系的に学ぶ機会も少なく，診療の標準化は進んでいない分野である．急性腹症の分野における最近のアップデートとして，小腸閉塞・大腸閉塞・急性虫垂炎を例に挙げて解説する．
