Point
◎心房細動の診断の基本は，心電図上のf波と不規則QRS波であり，心血管予後リスク評価にも使用できる．
◎植え込み型デバイスで検出される潜在性心房細動が少なくない．
◎近年ウェアラブルデバイスが普及しており，心房細動のスクリーニングにうまく活用することが大事である．
