Point
◎心不全は脳梗塞と並ぶ心房細動の重要な合併症である．
◎専門医とも連携し心エコー評価やBNP/NT-proBNPで心不全の評価を行う．
◎心不全の急性期では特に血栓塞栓症のリスクが増加する．
◎心不全は心房細動で最多の死因となり，心不全合併例は予後不良である．
◎心不全があればまず心不全自体への治療が優先される．
