Point
◎経口抗凝固薬（OAC）内服患者は経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）後の出血リスクが高い．
◎OAC内服患者では，PCI後の抗血小板薬2剤併用療法（DAPT）は短期間にとどめ（＜2週間），以降は直接経口抗凝固薬（DOAC）とP2Y₁₂受容体拮抗薬の投与が推奨される．PCIから1年が経過した慢性期には，極力DOAC単剤投与とすべきである．
◎高出血リスクの評価基準を参考に，患者ごとに適切な抗血栓療法のレジメンを決定することが重要である．
