人工透析患者の抗凝固療法は？

Point
◎透析患者のうち1割程度の患者は心房細動を合併し，心房細動を合併する透析患者は医療現場で問題となる重要なテーマの1つである．
◎透析患者への抗凝固療法は出血リスクの増大が目立ち，近年ではワルファリンによる抗凝固療法に対しては否定的な報告が多い．
◎現在，明確なランダム化比較介入試験の結果が存在せず，抗凝固療法の是非に対する答えは存在しないが，一律の抗凝固療法の実施は推奨されない模様である．
