Point
◎心房細動の早期発見は開業医の役割である．
◎心房細動は動悸が主訴ではなく，心不全発症による呼吸困難で見つかることも少なくない．
◎開業医は問診・情報収集が重要である．
◎抗凝固療法開始に伴い，少なからず出血に遭遇し，癌が発見される．
◎高齢者においては，腎不全，心不全合併患者が多く，抗凝固療法も含め，心房細動管理が難しい．
