Point
◎在宅酸素療法（HOT）が生命予後を改善するのは，重度の安静時低酸素を伴う場合である．
◎中等度の安静時低酸素や運動時のみの低酸素に対して，HOTが生命予後や入院，QOLを改善することは示されていない．
◎医学的メリットと器材を導入・管理する物理的かつ金銭的負担をもとにHOTの導入を検討する．
