◎リスク因子のある患者では，軽微なサインも拾い上げ積極的に肝硬変を疑おう．
◎肝硬変で生じやすい合併症を把握し，定期的にスクリーニングしよう．
◎肝腫瘤発見時や合併症管理に難渋する場合は速やかに肝臓専門医に紹介しよう．
