Point
◎骨粗鬆症は一次予防も二次予防も過小診断と過小治療が多い．
◎股関節骨折や椎体骨折はQOLや機能に与える影響が強く，予後が1〜2年くらいの人でも予防投与が選択肢に挙がる．
◎経口ビスホスホネート製剤投与時に押さえておくべきポイントは，腎機能と食道疾患と坐位保持と内服方法の4点である．
