骨密度が検査できない場合，骨粗鬆症は診断できますか？　フォローの骨密度の測定は必要ですか？

Point
◎骨粗鬆症の診断・治療の目的は骨折の予防，骨折によるADL・QOLの低下防止である．骨密度測定検査（BMD）が目的になってはいけない．
◎BMDを使用しないスコアリング方法を用いて，骨粗鬆症のリスクを評価することができる．
◎病歴・身体所見から骨粗鬆症リスクの程度を判断し，介入で予防効果が期待できる場合は積極的治療を検討する．
◎フォローのBMDの施行間隔の根拠は明確ではない．治療開始後のBMDは意義がないとされている．
◎骨粗鬆症治療薬はアドヒアランス不良であるため，アドヒアランス向上に努めることも重要である．
