◎AWGS2019の評価指標を用いることで診療所や地域でも診断が可能である．
◎サルコペニアのスクリーニングにはフレイルや低栄養診断の指標も有用である．
◎サルコペニア予防・治療は栄養と運動をセットで行うことでより効果的である．
◎ICFの観点で評価し，適切な治療とリハビリ栄養を開始することが重要である．
