　急性期非心原性脳梗塞は，静注抗血栓薬は併用せずに内服薬による「抗血小板薬併用療法（dual antiplatelet therapy：DAPT）を主体とする治療」が基本であり，ガイドラインに従った治療である．なお，本稿で用いるDAPTとは，主にアスピリンとクロピドグレルの併用療法を指す．
