Point
◎HINTS plusは中枢性めまいのスクリーニング法として知られているが，いくつかのピットフォールがある．
◎Head Impulse Test（HIT）が異常（末梢パターン）となる脳卒中（AICA閉塞や延髄外側梗塞）も存在する．
◎中枢性めまいの鑑別には，体幹失調を含めためまいに随伴する神経症候を見逃さないことが大切である．
