Point
◎脳梗塞急性期の血栓回収療法により，脳梗塞の予後は劇的に改善しているが，いまだに予後の不良な症例も存在する．
◎細胞治療は脳梗塞治療のさらなるブレークスルーとして期待されている．
◎作用機序の1つとして神経保護因子ならびに神経栄養因子による保護効果によると考えられている．
◎MultiStem^® はヒト骨髄由来の他家成人接着性幹細胞製品であり，急性期〜亜急性期にも投与が可能である．
◎第Ⅱ/Ⅲ相試験の結果，1年後のglobal recovery（mRS≦2, NIHSSΔ≧75％, BI≧95）がMultiStem^® 投与群で有意に多かった（p＝0.037）
