POINT
●「咽頭痛」を訴える患者では，「killer sore throat」を鑑別に挙げて診察する．
●上気道閉塞を疑う身体所見を見逃さない．上気道閉塞を疑えば大勢で対応する．
●急性喉頭蓋炎，咽後膿瘍の特徴的なX線所見を見逃さない．
