POINT
●歯牙外傷があればCTも用いて顔面外傷として総合評価する．
●歯牙外傷は完全脱臼，歯冠破折，歯根破折を鑑別する．
●完全脱臼の脱落歯は来院前から生理食塩水のコップに入れる．保存状態が良ければ深夜受診で翌朝コンサルトでもよい．
●破折は評価ができれば，処置は口腔外科医へ任せてよい．コンサルトも急がない．
