POINT
●薬物誤飲が疑われる小児へのアプローチは，まず気道，呼吸，循環の初期評価と安定化，そして神経学的問題の評価と治療から始める．
●虐待の可能性も考慮する．
●中毒治療は，支持療法が治療の柱．除染や排泄促進などの治療法もあるが，あまり強いエビデンスはないのが現状である．
