Point
◎薬物中毒の診療は，病歴や身体所見，検査所見を組み合わせて行う必要があり，とても難しい．
◎尿中薬物検査は中毒物質が不明の場合のスクリーニングとして有用である．
◎尿中薬物検査を行う場合は，検査特性を理解して結果を解釈する必要がある．
◎検査結果解釈の際，検査結果の偽陽性，偽陰性の可能性に特に注意する．
