Point
◎エコーによる体液量の推定方法には下大静脈（IVC）径測定，内頸静脈圧（uJVP）推定があり，どちらもベッドサイドで即座に評価できる．
◎IVC径，uJVPはともに測定条件により容易に変動しうるため，体液量の推定には必ず病歴や身体所見など他の情報を組み合わせる．
◎体液量異常があると判断した場合も即治療ではなく，患者背景などから治療の有益性・危険性を判断することを忘れない．
