CASE 1 高血圧—2型糖尿病の既往がある62歳男性

62歳男性
現病歴　2型糖尿病の既往がある62歳男性．先月の外来受診時における血圧は154/92mmHgであった．しかし，今月の診察室血圧も158/102mmHgと引き続き高値を認めた．明確な自覚症状はなく，食事療法は塩分制限も含めて毎回受診時に管理栄養士による栄養指導を受けている．ただし，20代の頃から味の濃い食事を好んでおり，食事内容について一定の配慮はしている様子は伺えたものの，食事内容の是正が適切に行われているかは不明である．また，生活リズムが不規則であり，昼食は外食の機会が多く，夕食はコンビニエンスストアの加工食品で済ますことが多いという．
