現病歴　生来健康．昨年，職場の人間ドックで尿酸高値を指摘されたものの，気になる自覚症状などはなく医療機関を受診することはなかった．また，5年ほど前に脂肪肝の指摘を受けたこともあったが，それ以外に健康上の問題はなく，医療機関を利用することはほとんどない．
