CASE 19 偽痛風（CPPD症）—腎機能障害があり関節症状が持続している67歳男性

67歳男性
現病歴　X−3日から特に誘引なく右膝関節，右足関節，左手関節の痛みが出現した．X−2日に近医受診し，ロキソプロフェン（ロキソニン^® 錠）60 mg 1回1錠1日3回とレバミピド（ムコスタ^® 錠）100 mg 1回1錠1日3回の処方を受け内服していた．痛みが強く，食事や飲水の量は普段の半分以下に減少していた．X日に再度近医を受診し，関節症状はやや改善していたが，採血検査で腎機能の悪化があった．腎機能障害があり，関節症状が持続しているため当院へ紹介となり，同日入院となった．
