Point
◎壊死性筋膜炎は皮膚壊死を発症した段階では救命できないことがあり，早期の診断と治療が求められる疾患である．
◎壊死性筋膜炎は病変に不釣り合いな激しい四肢の痛みを訴える．
◎壊死性軟部組織感染症の治療はデブリードマンなどの外科的治療で感染巣を除去し，感染コントロールすることが必須である．
