Point
◎薬剤性浮腫はカルシウム拮抗薬や非ステロイド性抗炎症薬（NSAIDs）で多いとされる．
◎日常診療でこれらの薬剤はよく処方されるため，内服がある場合は鑑別に挙げる必要がある．
◎新規にカルシウム拮抗薬が処方された高齢者は続いてループ利尿薬を処方されやすく，カルシウム拮抗薬→薬剤性浮腫→ループ利尿薬の処方カスケードが示唆されるため，注意が必要である．
