高齢期のこころ—老年期うつ病，認知症を中心に

Point
◎高齢者はうつ病を発症しやすい時期と考えられており，これには身体疾患の合併や社会的役割などの喪失体験が関与している．
◎老年期の精神疾患は，うつ病以外にも認知症に伴う精神症状など多岐にわたっており，臨床的特徴の把握が重要である．
◎精神科医へのコンサルトのタイミングとして，うつ病や認知症などの鑑別評価が難しい場合，幻覚・妄想など精神病症状が出現している場合，自殺企図の危険性などの場合が考えられる．
