Point
◎認知症の人の診察では近時記憶障害や病態失認を意識して診察することが重要である．
◎現症は本人からの聴取や身体所見から得ることができる．
◎経過は本人からの聴取は難しいことが多く，第三者からの聴取が必要になることが多い．
◎認知症のステージを意識して入院後の進行も予測し，終末期かどうかを意識して診療することが重要である．
