高齢者の潜在性甲状腺機能低下症

Point
◎潜在性甲状腺機能低下症は，放置すると顕性の甲状腺機能低下症や心血管疾患の誘因となりうる．
◎しかし高齢者に関しては，治療しても予後やQOLを改善するというエビデンスに乏しく，本当に治療すべきか慎重に判断する必要がある．
◎TSHの値に影響を及ぼす要因として，ヨウ素摂取量や薬剤，うがい薬使用の有無などに注意する．
