慢性咳嗽に対する新薬の使いこなし方

Point
◎慢性咳嗽の診断は，治療薬の効果に基づく，治療的診断である．治療抵抗性の慢性咳嗽の病態を説明する概念として，cough hypersensitivity syndrome（CHS）が提唱された．
◎CHSに対する治療薬として，P2X3受容体拮抗薬であるゲーファピキサント（リフヌア^®）が発売された．
