梅毒をリプライズ—あたらしい「治療」と「予防」

Point
◎梅毒は，陰部潰瘍やバラ疹などの典型的症状だけでなく，扁桃炎，脱毛，眩暈，胃部不快感など多彩な症状から「偽装の達人」とも呼ばれる．
◎従来のペニシリン内服治療のほかに，ベンザチンペニシリン筋肉注射製剤（ステルイズ^®）により世界標準の治療が可能となった．
◎病期に応じた治療後のフォローアップ期間で非トレポネーマ検査（RPR）を評価し，初診時RPR≦1/2（自動化法）となれば治癒と判断できる．
◎コンドームは梅毒に限定しないユニバーサルな性感染症の予防法である．
◎HIV予防内服（PrEP）使用者とPLWH（people living with HIV）を対象としたドキシサイクリンの梅毒を含む性感染症予防（DoxyPEP）が報告されている．
