心不全（HFpEF）の治療の最前線

Point
◎心不全症例は増加の一途をたどり，慢性期管理は一般医家でも今後必要とされてくる．
◎従来有効な薬物療法が報告されてこなかった左室駆出率の保たれた心不全（HFpEF），左室駆出率が軽度低下した心不全（HFmrEF）において，SGLT2阻害薬の有効性が報告された．
◎SGLT2阻害薬を心不全症例に用いるにあたり特有の有害事象に留意する必要がある．
