片頭痛のマネジメント—新薬登場による治療法の変化

Point
◎片頭痛は繰り返す頭痛発作を主徴とする，中枢神経系と三叉神経系の機能異常によって引き起こされる慢性神経疾患である．
◎片頭痛による生活支障度は高く，莫大な経済的損失を生み出している．
◎片頭痛の頭痛発生機構には，三叉神経一次ニューロンレベルでのカルシトニン遺伝子関連ペプチド（CGRP）が重要な役割を果たす．
◎CGRPおよびCGRP受容体に対するモノクローナル抗体が片頭痛予防療法として使用されている．
◎5-HT_1F受容体作動薬ラスミジタンは片頭痛発作の頓挫に有効であり，トリプタンと異なり血管収縮作用がない．
