Point
◎敗血症性ショックでは初期輸液で不十分な場合にノルアドレナリンを第一選択，必要ならバソプレシンを追加する．
◎相対的副腎不全に対してステロイド投与も考慮する．
◎心原性ショックを併発した場合は強心薬を追加する．
