Point
◎不整脈が二次性に惹起されている可能性を常に考慮する．
◎抗不整脈薬を使用する際には，病態生理と薬理作用，特に催不整脈作用や副作用を考慮したうえで選択を行う．
◎頻脈性不整脈に対してはβ遮断薬，アミオダロン，Ca拮抗薬などが治療の選択肢となる．
◎アトロピンは迷走神経依存性の徐脈に対して効果をもたらす．
