不眠・せん妄

Point
◎入院患者の管理において，不眠やせん妄への対応は必須である．特に当直中など不眠やせん妄の対応を迫られる場面はしばしば経験される．
◎睡眠補助薬を処方する際には，ベンゾジアゼピン系を避けることが重要である．
◎内科病棟においてもせん妄はよくみられる病態であり，その対応としていくつかの薬剤の使用方法や副作用を熟知しておく必要がある．
◎重症患者において原疾患の治療と並行して，鎮静が必要になることは一般的である．
