脳梗塞急性期の治療

Point
◎発症4.5時間以内のすべての病型の脳梗塞は血栓溶解療法の適応がある．
◎発症時刻が不明であっても，MRIでDWI/FLAIRミスマッチを認める症例では，血栓溶解療法を考慮する．
◎治療にあたって禁忌項目がないか確実にチェックする必要がある．
◎血栓溶解療法後24時間はほかの抗血栓薬は使用せず，神経症状や血圧を注意深くモニタリングする．
