経腸栄養剤

Point
◎ICUの重症患者における早期経腸栄養は感染性合併症対策として有用性が高い．腸が使用できれば，24〜48時間以内に経腸栄養を開始する．
◎ペプチドを窒素源とし，食物繊維を含まない消化態栄養剤は，重症患者の経腸栄養導入に有用である．
◎ICUの重症患者に対する経腸栄養では，消化器系合併症をきたしやすいので，十分な対策をとりながら経腸栄養を導入し，増量する．
◎早期経腸栄養を実施するにあたっては，各施設でプロトコールを作成することが望ましい．
