Point
◎健康格差への理解とその対応は，医療者に必須のコンピテンシーの1つとなっている．
◎健康格差への対応や評価指標として，コンセンサスの得られたものは見当たらない．
◎包括的な健康状態や生活の質（QOL），連携や意思決定への参画状況などが，周縁化された人々への診療評価指標（QI）候補として提案されている．
◎医療の質評価では公正性の観点が抜けがちであり，社会背景ごとに評価できる体制整備が急務である．
