◎病歴なしのIgE検査による診断は推奨されない．
◎アドレナリンオートインジェクター（エピペン^®）の処方基準を押さえておく．
◎厚生労働科学研究班による『食物アレルギー診療の手引き2023』は無料で閲覧可能であり，非専門医にとって有用な資料である．
