Point
◎脳血管障害（脳梗塞，脳出血，くも膜下出血）に対する急性期治療において，臨床評価指標が遵守されることで死亡率は低下し，神経学的予後は改善する．
◎脳梗塞に対する急性期治療において，臨床評価指標が遵守されることで入院後早期の院内死亡率を低下させることができる．
◎早期のリハビリテーション介入と嚥下機能評価，適切な栄養療法が重要である．
