Point
◎共同意思決定（SDM）はインフォームド・コンセント（IC）に至る理想のプロセスである．
◎SDMは患者中心性，EBMの実践，医療安全を高めることができる．
◎SDMの実践度を評価する尺度として，SDM-Q-9，SDMP，CollaboRATE，SUREなどが開発されている．
◎尺度使用にあたっては，著作権と出版倫理に対する配慮が必要である．
