Point
◎14・15員環マクロライドの少量持続療法は，気道分泌や好中球性炎症を抑制することで慢性炎症性呼吸器疾患に効果を示す．
◎びまん性汎細気管支炎の予後はマクロライド少量持続療法により劇的に改善した．
◎マクロライド少量持続療法は非好酸球性，慢性気道感染を合併する喘息に有効である．
◎マクロライド少量持続療法は慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）増悪を抑制する．
