換気困難—BVMを押してもSpO₂が上がらないとき…何か間違っている？

Point
◎換気困難〔バッグ・バルブ・マスク（BVM）を押してもSpO₂が上がらないとき〕は，以下の要領で迅速に対応する．
◎酸素やSpO₂モニターに問題はないかを確認する．
◎頭部後屈顎先挙上・下顎挙上の体位で換気されていて，マスクはフィットしているかを確認する．
◎マスクがフィットしていない場合，片手EC法→両手法で換気してみる．
◎換気できない場合は，エアウェイを挿入したり，声門上器具を挿入したりしてみる．
◎それでも換気できず，気管挿管もできなければ，輪状甲状靱帯穿刺・切開などの外科的気道管理が必要となる．
