Point
◎非侵襲的陽圧換気（NPPV）を用いることで，気管挿管による合併症を回避できる．
◎NPPVの使用が最も適した疾患は，慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）増悪と心原性肺水腫である．
◎NPPVの合併症として，マスクに関連するものと高流量送気によるものに注意が必要である．
◎NPPVの開始時や設定変更時などは，特に注意深いモニタリングが必要である．
◎COPD患者への在宅NPPVも，近年使用が増加している．
