Point
◎不整脈の対応はまず血行動態の把握を行い，鑑別の前に初期治療対応の必要性があるかを検討する．
◎narrow QRS/wide QRS complex tachycardiaのアプローチと緊急対応を押さえる．
◎症候性徐脈と心室頻拍は“cardiac emergency”と心得て対応する．
◎頻脈性・徐脈性不整脈をみたら必ず初期対応と並行して原因検索を行う．
